Ahearn  Information on Theresa Ahearn  Zoom on Theresa Ahearn   asked the Minister for Finance  Information on Albert Reynolds  Zoom on Albert Reynolds   when a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary will have a rebate of income tax paid to him; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Finance (Mr. A. Reynolds): Information on Albert Reynolds  Zoom on Albert Reynolds  I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer has not as yet submitted a claim to repayment of tax.

The Inspector of Taxes has written to the taxpayer, requesting his form P.45, to enable him to review his liability for the year 1990-91.
