Mr. Noonan (Limerick East)
asked the
Minister for Defence
the reason an adequate supply of FCA uniforms is no longer available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Minister for Defence (Mr. Daly):
A supply of standard FCA uniforms is currently available for issue in each command. Arrangements have been made to provide additional quantities of uniforms for issue to FCA personnel during 1991.
The issue of a new working dress to serving FCA personnel has been undertaken on a phased basis and it is hoped to complete the issue of the working dress to all FCA members by the end of this year.
