O'Malley   the reason for the refusal of the National Development Corporation to respond to representations from the Lough Allen Development Company Limited, County Leitrim regarding the smolt rearing unit on Lough Allen; and if he will outline his position on this locally based co-operative who run a venture on a leasehold from the National Development Corporation.
