Mr. R. Bruton
asked the
Minister for Health
if he will outline the present number of people on public waiting lists; the estimated number who will be operated on during 1991; the average duration of waiting in respect of each of the following major areas of surgery (1) orthopaedic, (2) ophthalmic, (3) ENTs, (4) cardiac, (5) urology, (6) neurosurgery, (7) plastic surgery.
