An Ceann Comhairle: Information on Seán Treacy  Zoom on Seán Treacy  Before calling the next speaker I wish to convey to the House information appertaining to the Adjournment Debates. I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given to me under Standing Order 20 (3) (a) and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Seán Barrett — subject matter of Parliamentary Question No. 175 on 17 December, 1991 to the Minister for Social Welfare regarding a PRSI refund; [1783] (2) Deputy Mairín Quill — the problems experienced in Cork courts due to the suspension of the operation of the free legal aid scheme in Cork and the adverse impact that this situation is having on law and order in the city; (3) Deputy Mattie Brennan — the issue of the long delay in payments of headage grants including cattle headage, beef premium and suckler cow grants in counties Sligo and Leitrim; (4) Deputy Éamon Gilmore — the case of 31 employees of Fairford Films (Ireland) Limited, Dún Laoghaire, who have not been paid any wages since 22 October, 1991; (5) Deputy Roger Garland — the proposed interchange on the northern cross motorway at Ballymun, Dublin, which has been planned with no proper consultation with the local community who are totally opposed to this scheme; (6) Deputy Thomas W. Enright — the withdrawal of a full news service for the Irish people by the continuing industrial dispute at RTE and that the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications should take action in this serious matter to ensure that full broadcasting services are restored to the country; (7) Deputy Pat Rabbitte — the implications for the development and funding of commuter rail services to the Clondalkin and Tallaght areas as a result of the announcement of plans to reopen the Harcourt Street line.

I have selected for discussion the matters raised by Deputies Rabbitte, Mattie Brennan and Seán Barrett.
