  254.  Mr. J. O'Keeffe  Information on Jim O'Keeffe  Zoom on Jim O'Keeffe   asked the Minister for the Environment  Information on Michael Smith  Zoom on Michael Smith   whether he will issue approval for the Ballylickey sewerage scheme so that it can proceed without further delay.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Smith): Information on Michael Smith  Zoom on Michael Smith  There are no proposals with my Department for this scheme.

O'Keeffe  Information on Jim O'Keeffe  Zoom on Jim O'Keeffe   asked the Minister for the Environment  Information on Michael Smith  Zoom on Michael Smith   whether all the tenders and supporting documentation in connection with the Leap sewerage scheme have been received by him; and if he will now confirm the availability of funds so that the necessary contracts can be signed and the work can commence.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Smith): Information on Michael Smith  Zoom on Michael Smith  While a tender submission in respect of this scheme is with my Department additional information is awaited from Cork County Council.
