104.
Mr. Nealon
asked the
Minister for Finance
if his attention has been drawn to the anxiety amongst farmers at the inability of the Ordnance Survey, through no fault of its own, to deal with the number of applications from farmers for maps required under EU regulations; and the steps, if any, he is taking in the matter.
Minister for Finance (Mr. B. Ahern):
The Ordnance Survey Office has met all its commitments in relation to the supply of maps and all orders received to date have been processed and despatched. The Ordnance Survey Office will continue to process late orders on a day-to-day basis.
