  103.  Mr. Lowry  Information on Michael Lowry  Zoom on Michael Lowry   asked the Minister for Health  Information on Brendan Howlin  Zoom on Brendan Howlin   the number of haemophiliacs who are now HIV positive arising from the use of contaminated blood products; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Health (Mr. Howlin): Information on Brendan Howlin  Zoom on Brendan Howlin  The latest available statistics show that on 31 March 1994, 114 haemophiliacs have tested positive for the HIV antibody.
