Amendments Nos. 7, 8, 11 and 16 are related. It is suggested that they be taken together.
We come to amendment No. 9 in the name of the Minister. Amendments Nos. 10 and 15 are related. It is suggested that we take amendments Nos. 9, 10 and 15 together.
Amendments Nos. 13 and 14 in the names of Deputies McGrath and Bradford were deemed to be out of order as they do not arise from committee proceedings.
