Mr. Hogan
asked the
Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications
if a company (details supplied) has applied for a site to erect an MMDS transmission as an alternative to the original proposed site at a location (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications (Mr. Cowen):
Cablelink has applied for an alternative site for an MMDS mast and this application is currently under consideration by my Department.
