  91.  Éamon Ó Cuív  Information on Éamon Ó Cuív  Zoom on Éamon Ó Cuív   asked the Minister for the Marine  Information on Hugh Coveney  Zoom on Hugh Coveney   when a fishing boat licence will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Galway under section 22B of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, as inserted by the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1983, and amended by the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994, for a sea fishing boat. Minister for the Marine (Mr. Coveney): Information on Hugh Coveney  Zoom on Hugh Coveney  I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the application he refers to has been considered and that a licence offer, in principle, issued on 24 August 1994. I understand that the applicant is now in the process of complying with the terms of the licence offer. When these requirements have been met a licence will issue.
