On a point of clarification, does the Minister have in mind that we continue this debate on another occasion when he would reply to points raised this morning? Is that the intention?
I think the whole day's business will suffer greatly if time is not allocated so that the Minister can reply to points raised.
Was this matter determined on the Order of Business this morning; it was my understanding it was?
Was the time at which the Minister would commence his reply set out in the Order of Business?
