  59.  Mr. Ring  Information on Michael Ring  Zoom on Michael Ring   asked the Minister for Finance  Information on Ruairí Quinn  Zoom on Ruairí Quinn   when his Department will be taking over the lease of a premises (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the owner has had to turn down a number of potential tenants. Minister of State at the Department of Finance (Mr. J. Higgins): Information on Jim Higgins  Zoom on Jim Higgins  The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking premises for the Department of Social Welfare at the location in question. The Commissioners have inspected a number of premises, including those referred to by the Deputy, and in consultation with the Department of Social Welfare, are considering the various options.
