Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates): Information on Ivan Yates  Zoom on Ivan Yates  The area of privately owned land in the State under forestry at 31 December is estimated at 160,000 hectares. The records in my Department do not distinguish between the areas of forestry owned by investment companies and by other private individuals.
