  120.  Mr. Leonard  Information on James Leonard  Zoom on James Leonard   asked the Minister for the Environment  Information on Brendan Howlin  Zoom on Brendan Howlin   the percentage increase in funding for 1996 for non-national roads in the six Border counties namely Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan and Sligo who qualify for INTERREG and the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation funding; and the percentage increase for each of the remaining counties south of the Border.
