Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin): Information on Brendan Howlin  Zoom on Brendan Howlin  The provisions of the Road Traffic Acts and regulations made under these Acts are adequate to deal with the problem of uninsured driving. Enforcement of the legislation is a matter for the Garda Síochána.
