Minister for Equality and Law Reform (Mr. Taylor): Information on Mervyn Taylor  Zoom on Mervyn Taylor  The resolution of the Council and the representatives of the Governments of the member states, meeting within the Council, on equality of opportunity and freedom from discrimination for people with disabilities was agreed by the Council of Labour and Social Affairs Ministers on 2 December 1996.
