  213.  Mr. Deasy  Information on Austin Deasy  Zoom on Austin Deasy   asked the Minister for Education  Information on Niamh Bhreathnach  Zoom on Niamh Bhreathnach   the current position regarding the provision of adequate transport facilities for a number of children in the Dungarvan area of County Waterford attending a special needs class in the Presentation primary school, Clonmel, County Tipperary; and the progress, if any, which has been made in this regard in view of her reply to a previous Parliamentary Question in this regard on 8 October 1996. Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): Information on Niamh Bhreathnach  Zoom on Niamh Bhreathnach  My Department is continuing its efforts to resolve the issue in question at the earliest possible date. In the meantime, I have arranged that grant payments in respect of private transport arrangements will be made to the parents in question on a monthly basis, rather than the normal annual payments.
