Before coming to the Order of Business I propose to deal with a number of notices under Standing Order 31 dealing with two different topics. I propose to deal with these two topics separately and I w...
Having considered the matter fully I do not consider it to be one contemplated by the Standing Order and, therefore, I cannot grant leave to move the motion.
In regard to the second topic I have received notice from Deputy Seamus Brennan. I now call on the Deputy to state the matter of which he has given notice to me.

Order of Business.
There are five matters to put before the House. Is the proposal that the sitting shall not be suspended at 1.30 p.m. today satisfactory? Agreed. Is the proposal for the late sitting agreed? Agreed...
That matter is not appropriate to the Order of Business.
I would prefer if the Deputy dealt with that matter another way.
That should be dealt with another way. There should not be circumvention of the business at this time.
