Fitzgerald  Information on Frances Fitzgerald  Zoom on Frances Fitzgerald   asked the Minister for the Environment  Information on Brendan Howlin  Zoom on Brendan Howlin   if he will give details of the projects supported to date by his Department under the Special Programme for Peace and Reconciliation in the Border counties; the amount allocated in this regard; and the purposes for which funding was provided. Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin): Information on Brendan Howlin  Zoom on Brendan Howlin  A total of £3.5 million was allocated to the Border counties last year under Measures 1 (a) and 1 (b) of Sub-Programme 2 (C) of the Special Support Programme for Peace and Reconciliation in Northern Ireland and the Border counties. A table detailing this allocation by county, individual project title, project description, total cost of the project and grant approved in each case, is available in the Oireachtas Library.
