Minister of State at the Department of the Environment (Mr. Molloy): Information on Robert Molloy  Zoom on Robert Molloy  New house grants are payable only to first-time owner occupiers of new houses. In this case, the person occupying the house does not own it and, accordingly, a new house grant cannot be allowed.
