  288.  Mr. Penrose  Information on Willie Penrose  Zoom on Willie Penrose   asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform  Information on John O'Donoghue  Zoom on John O'Donoghue   the steps, if any, he will take to ensure that the registration of land (details supplied) in County Westmeath by the Land Commission will take place without further delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): Information on John O'Donoghue  Zoom on John O'Donoghue  I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing referred to by the Deputy is an application for registration on foot of a Land Commission Schedule. Queries in this case were issued to the Land Commission by the Land Registry some time ago and until these queries are satisfactorily resolved the registration cannot proceed.
