Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): Information on John O'Donoghue  Zoom on John O'Donoghue  The person in question was issued with a letter informing him that his permission to remain in the State would not be renewed. The person was given 21 days in which to leave the State, or to make representations as to why a deportation order should not be made in respect of him. Representations have been made and are currently under examination.
