Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Dempsey): Information on Noel Dempsey  Zoom on Noel Dempsey  Contract documents submitted by Louth County Council for this project on 3 September 1998 are under examination in my Department at present. A decision will issue to the council shortly.
