Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin): Information on Micheál Martin  Zoom on Micheál Martin  I propose to take Questions Nos. 368 and 379 together.

A working group, under the chairmanship of Mr. Tom Rice, was established to review the operation of recognised outdoor education centres, which are owned and managed by vocational education committees. The report of the working group was presented to me on 12 January 1999. The report is being considered in my Department in regard to the development of future policies relating to vocational education committee outdoor education centres. The position of the Baltinglass centre will be considered in that context.
