Mr. Quinn:
I wish to raise a point of order. On what order under Standing Orders has the Ceann Comhairle ruled unilaterally that we have concluded the Order of Business? As far as I am concerned—
An Ceann Comhairle:
It is a matter for the Chair to decide.
Mr. Quinn:
Under what section in Standing Orders does it say—
An Ceann Comhairle:
It is a matter for the Chair to decide the number of questions on the Order of Business. The Chair has the sole right to do this.
Mr. Howlin:
The Chair is in the hands of the House.
An Ceann Comhairle:
I have ruled on the matter. We already dealt with No. 9 and we now come to No. 10.
