Minister for the Environment and Local Government
the steps, if any, he will take to ensure that a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who failed his driving test is afforded an immediate opportunity to repeat this test in view of the fact his employer requires him to have his full licence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
