Mr. Sargent
asked the
Minister for Education and Science
the progress, if any, made with the application from Balreadden national school, Balbriggan, County Dublin, for the provision of two extra classrooms and a first aid room in view of the fact that the gym and assembly room are serving as two classroom spaces and the school was designed to allow for this extension.
[25681/99]
Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin):
I believe that the Deputy is referring to Balscadden national school, Balbriggan, County Dublin.
My Department's planning and building unit is currently assessing the future accommodation requirements of the school. When this process has been completed, the matter will be progressed further.
