Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): Information on John O'Donoghue  Zoom on John O'Donoghue  I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part and amalgamation. I understand that the transfer application, which was lodged by the person named by the Deputy and others, contains an application for amalgamation of property with other property vested by the Land Commission in one of the applicants.

I can inform the Deputy that the matter is being expedited by the Land Registry and will be finalised as soon as possible, but I am not in a position to indicate precisely when that will be.
