  104.  Mr. Wall  Information on Jack Wall  Zoom on Jack Wall   asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources  Information on Frank Fahey  Zoom on Frank Fahey   the plans, if any, his Department has to provide grant assistance to local fishing clubs for stocking of the River Bar row and the Grand Canal in south Kildare and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Mr. Fahey): Information on Frank Fahey  Zoom on Frank Fahey  Under the new investment programme for inland fisheries currently being drawn up under the National Development Plan 2000-2006 there will be new funding opportunities for fisheries development projects by angling clubs which contribute to the enhancement of local angling amenities.
