  237.  Mr. Ring  Information on Michael Ring  Zoom on Michael Ring   asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands  Information on Síle de Valera  Zoom on Síle de Valera   when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive her balance payment of £426 under the cull ewe scheme. Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands (Miss de Valera): Information on Síle de Valera  Zoom on Síle de Valera  The claim for further payment, which might be due to the person named by the Deputy, for losses incurred in 1999 as a result of the 30% destocking rate which was imposed at the end of 1998 under the interim commonage framework plan, has been examined. It had been established that no further payment is due and the person concerned is being notified accordingly.
