  263.  Mr. Shatter      asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government      if a person (details supplied) undertook any public relations or consultancy work for the then Minister for the Environment and Local Government or the Department of the Environment and Local Government in the period 1987 to 1994; the nature of the work undertaken; the specific dates in each case; the issues to which it related and the fees paid in each case. Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Dempsey):    A search in my Department has established that no public relations or consultancy work was undertaken for the then Minister or the Department by the person concerned in the period 1987 to 1994.
