Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands (Éamon Ó Cuív): Information on Éamon Ó Cuív  Zoom on Éamon Ó Cuív  I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 87 of 12 April. The membership and terms of reference of the commission on the Irish language in the gaeltacht were circulated in the Official Report as part of the reply to that question.

The commission held its first meeting in Rosmuck in the Connemara Gaeltacht on 22 May. I expect that the commission will take one year to report.
