Woods   the current situation regarding building projects (details supplied) in County Wicklow; and when he expects building work to commence. [22390/00]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods): Information on Michael J. Woods  Zoom on Michael J. Woods  My Department's planning and building unit is currently processing applications from the [512] management authorities of the schools in question for grant aid towards additional accommodation.

It is not possible at this point to say when construction will commence, however, the school authorities will be informed of progress as it happens.
