the provisions which have been put in place to ensure the early provision of a new library in Kilcock, County Kildare, with particular reference to the need to relocate the Theresa Brayton Memorial; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 109 and 116 together.
The development of the public library service is, in the first instance, a matter for library authorities. There are no proposals before my Department seeking funding in relation to a library in Kilcock.
