Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Molloy): Information on Robert Molloy  Zoom on Robert Molloy  The grant was refused as it was understood that the dwelling was not being used as a normal place of residence. However, the case is being re-examined and the applicant will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
