Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods): Information on Michael J. Woods  Zoom on Michael J. Woods  I am pleased to inform the Deputy that, following agreement at the Teachers' Conciliation Council, all qualified eligible part-time teachers, EPTs, will receive “length of training” increments with effect from 1 September 2000.
