Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Mr. T. Kitt): Information on Tom Kitt  Zoom on Tom Kitt  The matter raised by the Deputy relates to the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Director of Consumer Affairs. The director is an independent statutory officeholder.

From my inquiries, I understand this matter has been followed up by the office of the director in the past few months and that a reply to the inquirer will issue shortly.
