Where does the Minister stand on the publication of the Campus Stadium Ireland Bill?

Broughan  As a former Minister for Social Welfare, is the Minister disappointed that, after five years, the Money and Budgeting Service Advice Bill has not yet been introduced, particularly in light of the problem of illegal moneylending?

A very large toxic dump was discovered in the constituency the Minister and I represent approximately six months ago.

Woods  I wish to clarify that the heads of the Campus Stadium Ireland Bill were approved by the Government on 27 July and the publication date is set for mid-2002. The heads of the Money Advice and Budgeting Service Bill were approved on 19 December 2000 and the expected publication date is in 2002.
