Minister of State at the Department of Finance (Mr. Parlon): Information on Tom Parlon  Zoom on Tom Parlon  Two flood relief schemes have been carried out in the Mulcair catchment at Newport, County Tipperary and Cappamore, County Limerick. These schemes were completed in 1998 and 2000 respectively, with a total investment of approximately €12.7 million. There are no plans to consider further works on the Mulcair River catchment.
