if he will make a statement on correspondence (details supplied) in relation to a person diagnosed with lung cancer.

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):
The provision of health services in the Sligo area rests with the North Western Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
