  39.  Mr. Durkan  Information on Bernard Durkan  Zoom on Bernard Durkan   asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government  Information on Martin Cullen  Zoom on Martin Cullen   his proposals to meet the targets set for and by his Department in the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Cullen): Information on Martin Cullen  Zoom on Martin Cullen  Substantial progress has been made by my Department in meeting relevant commitments under the Programme for Prosperity and Fairness, PPF, as set out in the following reports, copies of which have been placed in the Oireachtas Library: ninth progress report on the implementation of the PPF, July 2002, and summary report on progress to date under the PPF, September 2002. These reports have been compiled by the Department of the Taoiseach on the basis of material furnished by individual Departments, including my own Department.

My Department is committed to a continuation of progress in implementing the PPF.
