  214.  Mr. Kenny      asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform      when he will be in a position to bring forward legislation to amend the Domestic Violence Act, 1996, to take account of the recent Supreme Court judgment in relation to section 4(3) of that Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
