Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan): Information on Seamus Brennan  Zoom on Seamus Brennan  There are no international conventions concerning State liability arising from intentional damage caused to civilian aircraft by an individual, or grouping of individuals.

The question of damage to military aircraft is not a matter for my Department.
