Dáil Eireann Debate
354. Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be offered a driving test in view of the fact that this person is under serious threat of losing their employment in Dublin and finds it increasingly difficult to commute from Kilcock each day; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6476/03]
355. Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport if it is standard procedure to abandon a test when same was completed; when, and the reason, a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be required to resit same in the Naas test centre; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6477/03]
Minister for Transport (Mr. Brennan): In this case the driving test was not completed as it had to be abandoned because of severe traffic congestion on the test route. A further test has been arranged for the person concerned.
