Minister for Education and Science (Mr. N. Dempsey): Information on Noel Dempsey  Zoom on Noel Dempsey  I do not make appointments on the basis of a personal address. Since my appointment, I have approved the appointment of two constituents to State boards, Ms Patricia Oliver and Mr. Ciarán McGonigle, both to the board of the National College of Art and Design, on the basis of their knowledge, expertise and the contribution they will make to the board.
