the reason the Office of Public Works has paid for structural work carried out to the building at Donaghmede Shopping Centre, which is the site of the proposed probation centre.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 84 to 86, inclusive, together.
A copy of the bill of quantities for the fit out of accommodation at Donaghmede Shopping Centre for the probation and welfare service of the Department of Justice Equality and Law Reform will be forwarded to the Deputy. The priced bill of quantities by the successful tenderer cannot be released as it contains commercially sensitive information. The individual tender prices received for the fit out are as follows: €1,748,630.86; €1,852,580.04; €1,900,443.62; €1,906,721.62; and €2,303,205.00.
The Commissioners of Public Works are not carrying out any structural work to the building at Donaghmede Shopping Centre as part of the fit out works.
