That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:–

Bovine Diseases (Levies) Regulations 2003,

copies of which were laid in draft before the House on 9th day of December, 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture and Food in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 18th December, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85 and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
