Minister of State at the Department of Finance (Mr. Parlon): Information on Tom Parlon  Zoom on Tom Parlon  The Commissioners of Public Works pay ground rent on the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment Building at 23-28 Kildare Street as follows: 24 Kildare Street, €7.29 per annum; 25 Kildare Street, €7.62 per annum; 26 Kildare Street, €47.04 per annum; and 27 Kildare Street, €18.20 per annum. The ground rent leases on 26 and 27 Kildare Street expire on 28 September 2174. The information on the tenure of the ground rent leases for 24 and 25 Kildare Street is not readily available but will be supplied to the Deputy as soon as it comes to hand.

This payment will be made annually forever.
