  256.  Mr. Hogan  Information on Philip Hogan  Zoom on Philip Hogan   asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs  Information on Brian Cowen  Zoom on Brian Cowen   the reason for the delay in releasing a passport in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Cowen): Information on Brian Cowen  Zoom on Brian Cowen  I am advised by the Passport Office that it does not have a record of receiving a passport application in respect of this person.

If the Deputy could give my office further details of this application, I will have the matter examined by the passport officer.
